Baker's Review Wednesday 22: Reindeer Feed {Candy Cane Chex}

Reindeer Feed

6 cups Rice Chex
1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate chips (2 cups)
1/3 cup coarsely crushed peppermint candy canes (3-4 regular size)

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.  In microwavable bowl, melt white chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.  Stir in half the crushed candy canes.  Pour over cereal; toss to evenly coat.  Spread mixture in single layer on cookie sheet.  Immediately sprinkle with remaining candy cane.  Let stand until set.  Gently break up coated cereal. Store in airtight container.  Enjoy!

This was really good and also simple to make.  I would definitely make it again, as it's a great quick and easy snack!!

I JUST made this for my craft fair in December, and it's addicting! So yummy! I think I'm going to have a recipe for the next baker's Wednesday, I just have to go out to the store first. :)
