Baker's Review Wednesday 9: Magic Cookie Bars

Sorry I'm LATE guy!  I have not posted all week; I've been busy doing a couple different projects for English & Science that are due today.  If I don't post very much until school is done (June 21st), it's probably because I'm busy with school work.  Next week I also have a paper in history due, and who knows what else; and studying for finals, so . . . .

On the Baker's Review Wednesday on Friday:)  I really did make these on time; I made them Tuesday; I just haven't gotten it posted:(

These bars are ooey-gooey and delicious!!!!!  They are made from all kinds of delicious things & I LOVE them!!  They're totally addicting; it'd be better if they were nasty!

Magic Cookie Bars

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups toppings, such as: baking chips, M & M's, or anything else
1 cup mini marshmallows
coconut, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In 9x13 pan, melt butter in oven.  Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter.  Pour sweetened condensed milk over crumbs.  Top with remaining ingredients  Press down fimly with fork.  Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool.

Notes:
The original recipe calls for 1 1/2 cup coconut; I just use a little bit.
I used M & M's, chocolate chips, & a bit of white chocolate chips for toppings; I just use what we have on hand.

Have a wonderful weekend; hopefully I'll actually get some crafting done or something and post on here!

Thanks for letting me know about the broken link. It should be fixed!

Okay NOW it should really be fixed! (Sometimes it will take awhile for changes to show). Don't worry- it was no bother. I want to give credit where credit is due so I want to link back to the right blog!

It's a good thing that I don't like coconut! (I'm not letting myself know that coconut could easily be left out.....!)

Yeah - well the coconut isn't even that noticible of a taste. I don't like coconut, either! I wish I didn't like these:)
